Rapporté par Abu Hurairah, qui l’attribue au Prophète : "Soulayman a dit : 'Je passerai la nuit auprès de quatre-vingt-dix femmes ce soir, chacune d’elles mettra au monde un enfant qui combattra dans la voie d’Allah.' On lui a dit : 'Dis : Si Allah le veut', mais il ne l’a pas dit. Il est allé auprès d’elles, mais aucune n’a eu d’enfant sauf une femme qui a mis au monde un demi-enfant." Le Messager d'Allah a dit : "S’il avait dit : 'Si Allah le veut', il n’aurait pas rompu son vœu, et cela l’aurait aidé à obtenir ce qu’il voulait

أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رَفَعَهُ " قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ لأَطُوفَنَّ اللَّيْلَةَ عَلَى تِسْعِينَ امْرَأَةً تَلِدُ كُلُّ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ غُلاَمًا يُقَاتِلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ قُلْ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ . فَلَمْ يَقُلْ فَطَافَ بِهِنَّ فَلَمْ تَلِدْ مِنْهُنَّ إِلاَّ امْرَأَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ نِصْفَ إِنْسَانٍ " . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَوْ قَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ وَكَانَ دَرَكًا لِحَاجَتِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah, who attributed it to the Prophet:"Sulaiman said: 'I will certainly go around to ninety women tonight, each of whom will bear a child who will fight in the cause of Allah.' It was said to him: 'Say: If Allah wills' but he did not say it. He went around to them but none of them bore a child except for one woman who bore half a person." The Messenger of Allah said: "If he had said: 'If Allah wills,' he would not have broken his vow, and this would have been a means to help him to get what he wanted
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سلیمان علیہ السلام نے کہا: آج رات میں نوے ( ۹۰ ) عورتوں ( بیویوں ) کے پاس جاؤں گا، ان میں سے ہر عورت ایک ایسا بچہ جنے گی جو اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرے گا۔ ان سے کہا گیا: آپ ان شاءاللہ کہیں، لیکن انہوں نے نہیں کہا۔ سلیمان علیہ السلام اپنی عورتوں کے پاس گئے تو ان میں سے صرف ایک عورت نے آدھا بچہ جنا ، پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اگر انہوں نے ان شاءاللہ کہا ہوتا تو وہ قسم توڑنے والے نہیں ہوتے اور اپنی حاجت پا لینے میں کامیاب بھی رہتے ۔
