Rapporté par 'Imran bin Husain, رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : « Il n'y a pas de vœu pour accomplir un acte de désobéissance, et son expiation est la même que pour un serment. »

أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، - وَهُوَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ - عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، رضى الله عنهما قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Imran bin Husain, may Allah be pleased with him, said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath

عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت ( گناہ کے کام ) میں نذر نہیں، اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
