Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : « Il n'y a pas de vœu pour accomplir un acte de désobéissance, et son expiation est la même que pour un serment. »

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت ( گناہوں کے کاموں ) میں نذر نہیں، اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
