Rapporté par Jabir : Je suis entré dans la maison du Prophète ﷺ avec lui, et il y avait du pain et du vinaigre. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Mange, quel bon accompagnement que le vinaigre ! »

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْتَهُ فَإِذَا فِلَقٌ وَخَلٌّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلْ فَنِعْمَ الإِدَامُ الْخَلُّ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Jabir said:"I entered the house of the Prophet with him and there was some bread and vinegar. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Eat; what a good condiment is vinegar

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ آپ کے گھر میں گیا تو کیا دیکھتا ہوں کہ روٹی کا ایک ٹکڑا اور سرکہ ہے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کھاؤ، سرکہ کیا ہی بہترین سالن ہے ۱؎۔
