Rapporté par Amr bin Shu'aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de vœu ni de serment concernant ce qu’on ne possède pas, ni pour commettre un péché, ni pour rompre les liens de parenté. »

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَخْنَسِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نَذْرَ وَلاَ يَمِينَ فِيمَا لاَ تَمْلِكُ وَلاَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَلاَ قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah said:"There is no vow and no oath concerning that which one does not possess, nor to commit sin, nor to sever the ties of kinship

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس چیز میں کوئی نذر، اور کوئی قسم نہیں ہوتی، جس کے تم مالک نہیں ہو اور نہ ہی معصیت اور قطع رحمی میں قسم ہے ۱؎
