Rapporté par 'Amir : "On m'a dit que Bashir bin Sa'd est venu voir le Messager d'Allah et a dit : 'Ô Messager d'Allah, ma femme 'Amrah bint Rawahah m'a demandé de faire un cadeau à son fils Nu'man, et elle m'a demandé de te demander d'en être témoin.' Le Prophète a dit : 'As-tu d'autres enfants ?' Il a répondu : 'Oui.' Le Prophète a dit : 'Leur as-tu donné quelque chose comme ce que tu as donné à celui-ci ?' Il a répondu : 'Non.' Le Prophète a dit : 'Alors ne me demande pas d'être témoin d'une injustice

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ بَشِيرَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي عَمْرَةَ بِنْتَ رَوَاحَةَ أَمَرَتْنِي أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ عَلَى ابْنِهَا نُعْمَانَ بِصَدَقَةٍ وَأَمَرَتْنِي أَنْ أُشْهِدَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ . فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هَلْ لَكَ بَنُونَ سِوَاهُ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَأَعْطَيْتَهُمْ مِثْلَ مَا أَعْطَيْتَ لِهَذَا " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَلاَ تُشْهِدْنِي عَلَى جَوْرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Amir said:"I was told that Bashir bin Sa'd came to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, my wife 'Amrah bint Rawahah told me to give a gift to her son Nu'man, and she told me to ask you to bear witness to that.' The Prophet said: 'Do you have any other children?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Have you given them something like that which you have given to this one?' He said: 'No.' He said: 'Then do not ask me to bear witness to unfairness
Traduction en ourdou
عامر شعبی کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے خبر دی گئی کہ بشیر بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے اور آپ سے کہا کہ میری بیوی عمرہ بنت رواحہ نے مجھ سے فرمائش کی ہے کہ میں اس کے بیٹے نعمان کو کچھ ہبہ کروں، اور اس کی فرمائش یہ بھی ہے کہ جو میں اسے دوں اس پر آپ کو گواہ بنا دوں، تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے پوچھا: ”کیا تمہارے پاس اس کے سوا اور بھی بیٹے ہیں؟“ انہوں نے کہا: جی ہاں، آپ نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم نے انہیں بھی ویسا ہی دیا ہے جیسا تم نے اس لڑکے کو دیا ہے؟“، انہوں نے کہا: نہیں تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”پھر تو تم مجھے ظلم و زیادتی پر گواہ نہ بناؤ“۔
