Hadith 3674 — Livre 31: The Book of Presents
كتاب العطايا
Rapporté par An-Nu'man bin Bashir : Son père Bashir bin Sa'd l'a amené avec lui et a dit : « Ô Messager d'Allah, j'ai donné à ce fils un esclave qui m'appartenait en cadeau. » Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « As-tu offert un cadeau à tous tes enfants ? » Il a répondu : « Non. » Il a dit : « Alors reprends ton cadeau. »

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، بَشِيرَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ جَاءَ بِابْنِهِ النُّعْمَانِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي نَحَلْتُ ابْنِي هَذَا غُلاَمًا كَانَ لِي . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَكُلَّ بَنِيكَ نَحَلْتَ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَارْجِعْهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from An-Nu'man bin Bashir that his father Bashir bin Sa'd brought An-Nu'man with him and said:"O Messenger of Allah, I have given this son of mine a slave who belonged to me as a present." The Messenger of Allah said: "Have you given a present to all your children?" He said: "No." He said: "Then take (your present) back
Traduction en ourdou
نعمان بن بشیر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ان کے والد بشیر بن سعد اپنے بیٹے نعمان کو لے کر آئے اور آپ سے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میں نے اپنا ایک غلام اپنے اس بیٹے کو دے دیا ہے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم نے اپنے سارے بیٹوں کو بھی دیا ہے؟“ کہا: نہیں، آپ نے فرمایا: ”پھر تو تم اسے واپس لے لو“۔
