Hadith 3544 — Livre 27: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par 'Ikrimah au sujet de la parole d’Allah, le Puissant et Majestueux : « Et ceux d’entre vous qui meurent et laissent des épouses doivent leur léguer une année d’entretien et de résidence sans les faire sortir, » il a dit : « Ceci a été abrogé par : “Et ceux d’entre vous qui meurent et laissent des épouses derrière eux, elles (les épouses) doivent attendre (avant de se remarier) pendant quatre mois et dix jours.” »

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { وَالَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزْوَاجًا وَصِيَّةً لأَزْوَاجِهِمْ مَتَاعًا إِلَى الْحَوْلِ غَيْرَ إِخْرَاجٍ } قَالَ نَسَخَتْهَا { وَالَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزْوَاجًا يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنْفُسِهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا } .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Ikrimah with regard to the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime:"And those of you who die and leave behind wives should bequeath for their wives a year's maintenance and residence without turning them out," that he said: "This was abrogated by: 'And those of you who die and leave wives behind them, they (the wives) shall wait (as regards their marriage) for four months and ten days
Traduction en ourdou
عکرمہ آیت کریمہ: «والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون أزواجا وصية لأزواجهم متاعا إلى الحول غير إخراج» کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں: یہ آیت اس آیت: «والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون أزواجا يتربصن بأنفسهن أربعة أشهر وعشرا» ”اور جو لوگ تم میں سے ( اے مسلمانو! ) مر جائیں اور پیچھے بیویاں چھوڑ جائیں تو وہ ( یعنی بیبیاں ) چار مہینے دس دن تک اپنے تئیں روک رکھیں“۔ ( البقرہ: ۲۳۴ ) سے منسوخ ہے۔
