Hadith 3522 — Livre 27: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par 'Alqamah bin Qais : Ibn Mas'ud a dit : "Celui qui veut, je suis prêt à le rencontrer et à invoquer la malédiction d’Allah sur ceux qui mentent. Le verset : 'Et pour celles qui sont enceintes (qu’elles soient divorcées ou veuves), leur 'Idda est jusqu’à ce qu’elles accouchent.' n’a été révélé qu’après le verset concernant les femmes dont le mari est décédé. Quand une femme dont le mari est mort accouche, il lui est permis de se remarier." Ceci est la formulation de Maimun (un des rapporteurs)

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِسْكِينِ بْنِ نُمَيْلَةَ، - يَمَامِيٌّ - قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي مَيْمُونُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ الْكُوفِيُّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ مَنْ شَاءَ لاَعَنْتُهُ مَا أُنْزِلَتْ { وَأُولاَتُ الأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ } إِلاَّ بَعْدَ آيَةِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا إِذَا وَضَعَتِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا فَقَدْ حَلَّتْ وَاللَّفْظُ لِمَيْمُونٍ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Alqamah bin Qais that Ibn Mas'ud said:"Whoever wants, I will meet and debate with him and invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie. The Verse: 'And for those who are pregnant (whether they are divorced or their husbands are dead), their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is until they lay down their burden.' was only revealed after the Verse about women whose husbands die. 'When a woman whose husband has died gives birth, it becomes permissible for her to marry.'" This is the wording of Maimun (one of the narrators)

علقمہ بن قیس سے روایت ہے کہ ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا: جو کوئی مجھ سے مباہلہ کرنا چاہے میں اس سے اس بات پر مباہلہ کرنے کے لیے تیار ہوں ( کہ حمل والیوں کی عدت وضع حمل ہے ) کیونکہ وضع حمل کی مدت سے متعلق آیت «متوفی عنہا زوجہا» والی آیت کے بعد نازل ہوئی ہے، اس لیے جس کا شوہر مر گیا ہو جب وہ بچہ جن دے گی حلال ہو جائے گی۔ اس روایت کے الفاظ میمون کے ہیں۔
