Rapporté par 'Aishah : Le Prophète m’a épousée au mois de Shawwal, et il a consommé le mariage avec moi au mois de Shawwal. Parmi ses épouses, laquelle a eu plus de faveur auprès de lui que moi ?

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي شَوَّالٍ وَأُدْخِلْتُ عَلَيْهِ فِي شَوَّالٍ فَأَىُّ نِسَائِهِ كَانَ أَحْظَى عِنْدَهُ مِنِّي .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"The Prophet married me in Shawwal, and he consummated the marriage with me in Shawwal, and which of his wives find more favor with him than me?

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھ سے شوال کے مہینے میں شادی کی اور شوال کے مہینے ہی میں میری رخصتی ہوئی، ( لوگ اس مہینے میں شادی بیاہ کو برا سمجھتے ہیں ) لیکن میں پوچھتی ہوں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیویوں میں مجھ سے زیادہ کون بیوی آپ کو محبوب اور پسندیدہ تھی۔
