Hadith 3365 — Livre 26: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Al-Hasan et ‘Abdullah, les fils de Muhammad, de leur père, que ‘Ali a entendu qu’un homme ne voyait aucun mal dans le Mut’ah (mariage temporaire). Il a dit : « Tu es dans l’erreur, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’a interdit, ainsi que la viande d’ânes domestiques le jour de Khaybar. »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ابْنَىْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، لاَ يَرَى بِالْمُتْعَةِ بَأْسًا فَقَالَ إِنَّكَ تَائِهٌ إِنَّهُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْهَا وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Al-Hasan and 'Abdullah, the sons of Muhammad, from their father, that 'Ali heard that a man did not see anything wrong with Mut'ah (temporary marriage). He said:"You are confused, the Messenger of Allah forbade it, and the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaibar
Traduction en ourdou
علی رضی الله عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ان کو اطلاع ملی کہ ایک شخص ۱؎ ہے جو متعہ میں کچھ حرج اور قباحت نہیں سمجھتا۔ علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے ( اس سے ) کہا تم گمراہ ہو کیونکہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر کے دن متعہ اور گھریلو گدھوں کا گوشت کھانے سے منع فرما دیا ہے۔
