Hadith 3333 — Livre 26: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri : Le Prophète d’Allah ﷺ a envoyé une armée à Awtas. Ils ont rencontré l’ennemi, se sont battus et ont gagné. Ils ont capturé des femmes prisonnières qui étaient mariées à des idolâtres. Les musulmans hésitaient à avoir des rapports avec elles. Alors Allah, le Puissant et Sublime, a révélé : « Sont interdites aussi les femmes déjà mariées, sauf celles (esclaves) que possède votre main droite », c’est-à-dire que cela vous est permis une fois qu’elles ont terminé leur période d’attente (‘Iddah)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ الْهَاشِمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ جَيْشًا إِلَى أَوْطَاسٍ فَلَقُوا عَدُوًّا فَقَاتَلُوهُمْ وَظَهَرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَأَصَابُوا لَهُمْ سَبَايَا لَهُنَّ أَزْوَاجٌ فِي الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَكَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ تَحَرَّجُوا مِنْ غِشْيَانِهِنَّ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلاَّ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ } أَىْ هَذَا لَكُمْ حَلاَلٌ إِذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهُنَّ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Prophet of Allah sent an army to Awtas. They met the enemy, fought them, and prevailed over them. They acquired female prisoners who had husbands among the idolaters. The Muslims felt reluctant to be intimate with them. Then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime revealed:"Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (slaves) whom your right hands possess," meaning, this is permissible for you once they have completed their 'Iddah
Traduction en ourdou
ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک لشکر اوطاس کی طرف بھیجا ۱؎ وہاں ان کی دشمن سے مڈبھیڑ ہو گئی، اور انہوں نے دشمن کا بڑا خون خرابہ کیا، اور ان پر غالب آ گئے، انہیں ایسی عورتیں ہاتھ آئیں جن کے شوہر مشرکین میں رہ گئے تھے، چنانچہ مسلمانوں نے ان قیدی باندیوں سے صحبت کرنا مناسب نہ سمجھا، تو اللہ عزوجل نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی: «والمحصنات من النساء إلا ما ملكت أيمانكم» ”اور ( حرام کی گئیں ) شوہر والی عورتیں مگر وہ جو تمہاری ملکیت میں آ جائیں“ ( النساء: ۲۴ ) یعنی یہ عورتیں تمہارے لیے حلال ہیں جب ان کی عدت پوری ہو جائے۔
