Hadith 3308 — Livre 26: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Umm Fadl : On a interrogé le Prophète d’Allah ﷺ au sujet de l’allaitement, et il a dit : « Une ou deux tétées ne rendent pas (le mariage) interdit. » Et (un des rapporteurs) Qatadah a dit dans son récit : « Une ou deux tétées ne rendent pas (le mariage) interdit. »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَوَاءٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَأَيُّوبَ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّضَاعِ فَقَالَ " لاَ تُحَرِّمُ الإِمْلاَجَةُ وَلاَ الإِمْلاَجَتَانِ " . وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ " الْمَصَّةُ وَالْمَصَّتَانِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Umm Fadl that the Prophet of Allah was asked about breast-feeding and said:"Suckling (Al-Imlajah) once or twice does not make (marriage) prohibited." And (one of the narrators) Qatadah said (in his narration): "Suckling (Al-Massah) once or twice does not make (marriage) prohibited
Traduction en ourdou
ام الفضل رضی الله عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے رضاعت ( یعنی دودھ پلانے ) کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”ایک بار اور دو بار کا پلانا ( نکاح کو ) حرام نہیں کرتا“۔ قتادہ اپنی روایت میں «الإملاجة ولا الإملاجتان» کی جگہ «المصة والمصتان» کہتے ہیں، یعنی ”ایک بار یا دو بار چھاتی کا چوسنا نکاح کو حرام نہ کرے گا“۔
