Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Le Prophète a dit : « Ce qui devient interdit (pour le mariage) par la naissance devient aussi interdit par l’allaitement. »

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِكٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا حَرَّمَتْهُ الْوِلاَدَةُ حَرَّمَهُ الرَّضَاعُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet said:"What becomes unlawful (for marriage) through birth becomes unlawful through breast-feeding

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو رشتے ( ماں کے پیٹ سے ) پیدا ہونے سے حرام ہوتے ہیں وہی رشتے ( عورت کا ) دودھ پینے سے بھی حرام ہوتے ہیں“ ۱؎۔
