Hadith 3189 — Livre 25: The Book of Jihad
كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par Sulaiman bin Buraidah, de la part de son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "La protection des épouses des combattants pour ceux qui restent derrière est comme la protection de leur propre mère. Aucun homme qui prend la responsabilité de veiller sur l’épouse d’un combattant et la trahit ne sera épargné : il sera confronté à lui le Jour de la Résurrection et il prendra ce qu’il voudra de ses bonnes actions. Qu’en pensez-vous ?

أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِحُسَيْنٍ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَخْلُفُ فِي امْرَأَةِ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فَيَخُونُهُ فِيهَا إِلاَّ وُقِفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَخَذَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Buraidah that his father said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The sanctity of the wives of the Mujahidin to those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their mothers. There is no man who takes on the responsibility of looking after the wife of one of the Mujahidin and betrays him with her but he (the betrayer) will be made to stand before him on the Day of Resurrection and he will take whatever he wants of his (good) deeds. So what do you think?
Traduction en ourdou
بریدہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جہاد میں جانے والوں کی بیویوں کی عزت و حرمت جہاد میں نہ جانے والوں کے لیے ان کی ماؤں کی عزت و حرمت جیسی ہے ۱؎ جو شخص مجاہدین کی بیویوں کی حفاظت و نگہداشت کے لیے گھر پر رہا اور اس نے کسی مجاہد کی بیوی کے ساتھ خیانت کی تو اسے قیامت کے دن روک رکھا جائے گا، ( یعنی اس کا حساب و کتاب اس وقت تک چکتا نہیں کیا جائے گا جب تک کہ ) وہ مجاہد اس خائن کے اعمال کا ثواب جس قدر چاہے گا لے ( نہ ) لے گا۔ تو تمہارا کیا خیال ہے؟“ ۲؎۔
