كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Ibn Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit le jour de la conquête : "Allah a rendu cette terre sacrée le jour où Il a créé les cieux et la terre, donc elle est sacrée par le décret d’Allah jusqu’au Jour de la Résurrection. On ne doit pas couper ses buissons épineux, ni déranger ses animaux, ni ramasser ce qui y est perdu sauf pour l’annoncer publiquement, ni arracher ou couper son herbe verte." Al-Abbas a dit : "Ô Messager d’Allah ! Sauf l’Ikhkhir." Et il a dit quelque chose qui voulait dire : "Sauf l’Ikhkhir

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ " هَذَا الْبَلَدُ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لاَ يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ وَلاَ يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ وَلاَ يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ إِلاَّ مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا وَلاَ يُخْتَلَى خَلاَهُ " . قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ . فَذَكَرَ كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا " إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said:"The Messenger of Allah said on the day of the conquest: 'Allah made this land sacred the day He created the Heavens and the Earth, so it is sacred by the Decree of Allah until the day of Resurrection. Its thorny shrubs are not to be cut, or its game disturbed, or its lost property to be picked up, except by the one who will announce it publicly, or is its green grass to be uprooted or cut.' Al-Abbas said: O Messenger of Allah! Except Ikhkhir.'" And he said something that meant: "Except Ikhkhir
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ فتح مکہ کے دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”یہ وہ شہر ہے جسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسی دن سے محترم قرار دیا ہے جس دن اس نے آسمان اور زمین کو پیدا کیا، لہٰذا یہ اللہ کی حرمت کی سبب سے قیامت تک حرمت والا رہے گا، نہ اس کے کانٹے کاٹے جائیں گے، نہ اس کے شکار بدکائے جائیں گے، نہ وہاں کی کوئی گری پڑی چیز اٹھائے گا سوائے اس شخص کے جو اس کی پہچان کرائے اور نہ وہاں کی ہری شاخ کاٹی جائے گی“، اس پر ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! سوائے اذخر کے ۱؎ تو آپ نے ایک بات کہی جس کا مفہوم ہے سوائے اذخر کے۔
