كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Jabir : Ali est revenu après avoir collecté la Zakat et le Prophète lui a demandé : « Pour quoi es-tu entré en Ihram, ô Ali ? » Il a répondu : « Pour ce pour quoi le Messager d’Allah est entré en Ihram. » Le Prophète a dit : « Alors offre l’animal de sacrifice et reste en Ihram comme tu es. » Ali a donc offert un animal de sacrifice

أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ قَالَ جَابِرٌ قَدِمَ عَلِيٌّ مِنْ سِعَايَتِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " بِمَا أَهْلَلْتَ يَا عَلِيُّ " . قَالَ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ " فَاهْدِ وَامْكُثْ حَرَامًا كَمَا أَنْتَ " . قَالَ وَأَهْدَى عَلِيٌّ لَهُ هَدْيًا .

Jabir said:"Ali came from collecting Zakah and the Prophet said to him: "For what have you entered Ihram, O 'Ali?' he said: 'For that for which the Messenger of Allah entered Ihram.' He said: 'Then offer the Hadi and remain in Ihram as you are.' So 'Ali offered a Hadi
Traduction en ourdou
جابر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ علی رضی اللہ عنہ زکاۃ کی وصولی کا کام کر کے آئے تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے پوچھا: ”علی! تم نے کس چیز کا تلبیہ پکارا ہے؟“ انہوں نے کہا: جس چیز کا رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پکارا ہے، تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”ہدی دو اور احرام باندھے رہو جیسا کہ تم اس وقت باندھے ہو“، جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: علی رضی اللہ عنہ بھی اپنے لیے ہدی لے کر آئے تھے۔
