Rapporté par un homme appelé ‘Abdul-Malik, de la part de son père : Le Messager d’Allah recommandait de jeûner ces jours d’Al-Bid et il disait : "C’est comme si on jeûnait tout le mois

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، يُقَالُ لَهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِهَذِهِ الأَيَّامِ الثَّلاَثِ الْبِيضِ وَيَقُولُ " هُنَّ صِيَامُ الشَّهْرِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that a man called 'Abdul-Malik narrated from his father, that:the Messenger of Allah used to enjoin (fasting) these days of Al-Bid and he said: "That is (equivalent to) fasting for the whole month
Traduction en ourdou
قتادہ بن ملحان (ابن منہال) رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیض کے ان تینوں دنوں کے روزے رکھنے کا حکم دیتے تھے، اور فرماتے تھے: ”یہ مہینے بھر کے روزے کے برابر ہیں“۔
