Hadith 2349 — Livre 22: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصيام
Rapporté par 'Abdullah bin Shaqiq : J'ai demandé à 'Aishah au sujet du jeûne du Messager d'Allah ﷺ. Elle a dit : « Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ jeûnait au point que nous disions : Il va continuer à jeûner, et il ne jeûnait pas au point que nous disions : Il ne va pas jeûner, et il n'a pas jeûné un mois entier depuis qu'il est arrivé à Al-Madinah, sauf Ramadan. »

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ صِيَامِ النَّبِيِّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ كَانَ يَصُومُ حَتَّى نَقُولَ قَدْ صَامَ وَيُفْطِرُ حَتَّى نَقُولَ قَدْ أَفْطَرَ وَمَا صَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم شَهْرًا كَامِلاً مُنْذُ قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ إِلاَّ رَمَضَانَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Shaqiq said:"I asked 'Aishah about the fasting of the Messenger of Allah. She said: "The Messenger of Allah used to fast until we said: He is going to (continue to) fast, and he used not to fast until we said: He is not going to, and he did not fast for a whole month from the time he came to Al-Madinah, apart from Ramadan
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن شقیق کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے روزوں کے بارے میں پوچھا، تو انہوں نے کہا: آپ روزہ رکھتے تھے یہاں تک کہ ہم کہتے کہ آپ ( برابر ) روزہ ہی رکھا کریں گے، اور آپ افطار کرتے ( روزہ نہ رہتے ) تو ہم کہتے کہ آپ برابر بغیر روزہ کے رہیں گے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدینہ آنے کے بعد سوائے رمضان کے کبھی کوئی پورا مہینہ روزہ نہیں رکھا۔
