Hadith 2318 — Livre 22: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصيام
Rapporté par Muadhah Al-Adawiyyah : Une femme a demandé à 'Aishah : « Une femme qui a ses règles doit-elle rattraper les prières quand elle redevient pure ? » Elle a répondu : « Es-tu une Harurite ? Nous avions nos règles à l’époque du Messager d’Allah ﷺ puis nous redevenions pures. Il nous a ordonné de rattraper le jeûne, mais il ne nous a pas demandé de rattraper les prières. »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَلِيٌّ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُسْهَرٍ - عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ الْعَدَوِيَّةِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ أَتَقْضِي الْحَائِضُ الصَّلاَةَ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ قَالَتْ أَحَرُورِيَّةٌ أَنْتِ كُنَّا نَحِيضُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ نَطْهُرُ فَيَأْمُرُنَا بِقَضَاءِ الصَّوْمِ وَلاَ يَأْمُرُنَا بِقَضَاءِ الصَّلاَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Muadhah Al-Adawiyyah that a woman asked 'Aishah:"Should a menstruating woman make up the prayers when she becomes pure?" she said: "Are youa Haruri? We used to menstruate at the time of the Messenger of Allah then we would become pure. He told us to make up the fast, but he did not tell us to make up the prayers
Traduction en ourdou
معاذہ عدویہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک عورت نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے پوچھا: کیا عورت جب حیض سے پاک ہو جائے تو نماز کی قضاء کرے؟ انہوں نے کہا: کیا تو حروریہ ۱؎ ہے؟ ہم عورتیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں حیض سے ہوتی تھیں، پھر ہم پاک ہوتیں تو آپ ہمیں روزہ کی قضاء کا حکم دیتے تھے، اور نماز کی قضاء کے لیے نہیں کہتے تھے۔
