كتاب الصيام
Rapporté par Hani bin Ash-Shikhkhir, de la part d’un homme de Balharish, que son père a dit : "J’étais en voyage et je suis venu voir le Prophète ﷺ alors que je jeûnais, et lui mangeait. Il a dit : 'Viens (et mange).' J’ai répondu : 'Je jeûne.' Il a dit : 'Viens ici ; ne sais-tu pas ce qu’Allah a accordé comme dispense au voyageur ?' J’ai demandé : 'Qu’a accordé Allah au voyageur ?' Il a répondu : 'Le jeûne et la moitié de la prière

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ بَلْحَرِيشٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كُنْتُ مُسَافِرًا فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ قَالَ " هَلُمَّ " . قُلْتُ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ . قَالَ " تَعَالَ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ مَا وَضَعَ اللَّهُ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ " . قُلْتُ وَمَا وَضَعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ قَالَ " الصَّوْمَ وَنِصْفَ الصَّلاَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Hani bin Ash-Shikhkhir, from a man from Balharish, that his father said:"I was traveling and I came to the Prophet when I was fasting, and he was eating. He said:'Come (and eat).' I said: 'I am fasting.' He said: 'Come here; do you not know what Allah has waived for the traveler?' I said: 'What has Allah waived for the traveler?' He said: 'Fasting and half of the prayer

ہانی بن شخیر بلحریش کے ایک شخص سے اور وہ اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں مسافر تھا تو میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، اور میں روزے سے تھا، اور آپ کھانا تناول فرما رہے تھے، آپ نے فرمایا: ”آؤ“ ( کھانے میں شریک ہو جاؤ ) میں نے عرض کیا: میں روزے سے ہوں۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ادھر آؤ، کیا تمہیں اس چیز کا علم نہیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے مسافر کو چھوٹ دی ہے“۔ میں نے کہا: اللہ نے مسافر کو کیا چھوٹ دی ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: روزے کی، اور آدھی نماز کی۔
