Hadith 2272 — Livre 22: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصيام
Rapporté par Abu Qilabah, d'après Abu Umayyah Ad-Damri, qui lui a dit : Il est venu voir le Messager d'Allah ﷺ après un voyage et il jeûnait. Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ lui a dit : "Ne veux-tu pas venir prendre un repas pour le petit-déjeuner ?" Il a répondu : "Je jeûne." Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : "Viens, et je vais te parler du jeûne. Allah, le Puissant et le Sublime, a accordé la dispense du jeûne et de la moitié de la prière au voyageur

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيَّ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ سَفَرٍ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَلاَ تَنْتَظِرِ الْغَدَاءَ " . قَالَ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَعَالَ أُخْبِرْكَ عَنِ الصِّيَامِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَضَعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ الصِّيَامَ وَنِصْفَ الصَّلاَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Qilabah that Abu Umayyah Ad-Damri told him that:he came to the Messenger of Allah from a journey and he was fasting. The Messenger of Allah said to him, "Won't you come and have meal for the breakfast?" He said: "I am fasting." The Messenger of Allah said: "Come and I will tell you about fasting. Allah, the mighty and sublime, has waived fasting and half of the prayer from the traveler
Traduction en ourdou
ابوامیہ ضمری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ وہ سفر سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے اور وہ روزے سے تھے، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے کہا: ” ( تم جانا چاہتے ہو ) کیا، تم دوپہر کے کھانے کا انتظار نہیں کرو گے“، انہوں نے کہا: میں روزے سے ہوں، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”آؤ میں روزے سے متعلق تمہیں بتاتا ہوں۔ اللہ عزوجل نے مسافر کو روزے کی چھوٹ دی ہے اور نماز آدھی کر دی ہے“۔
