Hadith 2107 — Livre 22: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصيام
Rapporté par 'Arfajah : Nous avons rendu visite à 'Utbah bin Farqad alors qu’il était malade et nous avons parlé du mois de Ramadan. Il a demandé : « De quoi parlez-vous ? » Nous avons répondu : « Du mois de Ramadan. » Il a dit : « J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : Pendant ce mois, les portes du Paradis sont ouvertes, les portes du Feu sont fermées, les démons sont enchaînés et chaque nuit un appel retentit : Ô toi qui fais le bien, avance ; ô toi qui fais le mal, arrête. »

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ عَرْفَجَةَ، قَالَ عُدْنَا عُتْبَةَ بْنَ فَرْقَدٍ فَتَذَاكَرْنَا شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ مَا تَذْكُرُونَ قُلْنَا شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ . قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " تُفْتَحُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ وَتُغْلَقُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ النَّارِ وَتُغَلُّ فِيهِ الشَّيَاطِينُ وَيُنَادِي مُنَادٍ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ يَا بَاغِيَ الْخَيْرِ هَلُمَّ وَيَا بَاغِيَ الشَّرِّ أَقْصِرْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Arfajah said; 'We visited 'Utbah bin Farqad (when he was ill) and we talked about the month of Ramadan. He said; 'What are you talking about?' We said:'The month of Ramadan. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah say: In it the gates of Paradise are opened and the gates of the Fire are closed, and the devils are chained up, and a caller calls out every night: O doer of good, proceed; O doer of evil, desist
Traduction en ourdou
عرفجہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے عتبہ بن فرقد کی عیادت کی تو ہم نے ماہ رمضان کا تذکرہ کیا، تو انہوں نے پوچھا: تم لوگ کیا ذکر کر رہے ہو؟ ہم نے کہا: ماہ رمضان کا، تو انہوں نے کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا ہے: ”اس میں جنت کے دروازے کھول دئیے جاتے ہیں، جہنم کے دروازے بند کر دئیے جاتے ہیں، اور شیاطین کو بیڑیاں پہنا دی جاتی ہیں، اور ہر رات منادی آواز لگاتا ہے: اے خیر ( بھلائی ) کے طلب گار! خیر کے کام میں لگ جا ۱؎، اور اے شر ( برائی ) کے طلب گار! برائی سے باز آ جا“ ۲؎۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن ( امام نسائی ) کہتے ہیں: یہ غلط ہے ۳؎۔
