Rapporté par Anas : Un cortège funèbre est passé devant le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et il s’est levé. On lui a dit : "C’est le cortège funèbre d’un Juif." Il a répondu : "Nous nous sommes levés pour les anges

Texte arabe original
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا النَّضْرُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ جَنَازَةً، مَرَّتْ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَامَ فَقِيلَ إِنَّهَا جَنَازَةُ يَهُودِيٍّ . فَقَالَ " إِنَّمَا قُمْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Anas that:a funeral passed by the Messenger of Allah and he stood up. It was said: "It is the funeral of a Jew." He said: "We stood up for the angels
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک جنازہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس سے گزرا تو آپ کھڑے ہو گئے، آپ سے کہا گیا: یہ ایک یہودی کا جنازہ ہے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ہم فرشتوں ( کی تکریم میں ) کھڑے ہوئے ہیں، ( نہ کہ جنازہ کی ) ۔
