Rapporté par Anas : "Le Prophète (ﷺ) ne levait pas les mains dans ses invocations, sauf lorsqu'il priait pour la pluie (Al-Istisqa')." (Un des rapporteurs, Shu'bah, a dit : "J'ai demandé à Thabit : 'As-tu entendu cela d'Anas ?' Il a dit : 'Subhan Allah !' J'ai dit : 'Tu l'as entendu ?' Il a dit : 'Subhan Allah)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي شَىْءٍ مِنْ دُعَائِهِ إِلاَّ فِي الاِسْتِسْقَاءِ . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ فَقُلْتُ لِثَابِتٍ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ . قُلْتُ سَمِعْتَهُ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Anas said:"The Prophet (ﷺ) would not raise his hands in any of his supplications except when praying for rain (Al-Istisqa')." (One of the narrators) Shu'bah said: "I said to Thabit: 'Did you hear it from Anas?' He said: 'Subhan Allah!' I said: 'Did you hear it?' He said: 'Subhan Allah
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے دونوں ہاتھ استسقاء کے علاوہ کسی دعا میں نہیں اٹھاتے تھے۔ شعبہ کہتے ہیں: میں نے ثابت سے پوچھا: آپ نے اسے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: سبحان اللہ، میں نے کہا: آپ نے اسے سنا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: سبحان اللہ ۱؎۔
