Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "Quand l’un de vous va dormir, le Shaytan fait trois nœuds sur sa tête, en disant à chaque fois : 'Dors une longue nuit.' S’il se réveille et se souvient d’Allah (SWT), un nœud se défait. S’il fait les ablutions, un autre nœud se défait. S’il prie, tous les nœuds se défont et il commence sa journée de bonne humeur et plein d’énergie. Sinon, il commence sa journée de mauvaise humeur et fatigué

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا نَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَقَدَ الشَّيْطَانُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ثَلاَثَ عُقَدٍ يَضْرِبُ عَلَى كُلِّ عُقْدَةٍ لَيْلاً طَوِيلاً أَىِ ارْقُدْ فَإِنِ اسْتَيْقَظَ فَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ فَإِنْ تَوَضَّأَ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ أُخْرَى فَإِنْ صَلَّى انْحَلَّتِ الْعُقَدُ كُلُّهَا فَيُصْبِحُ طَيِّبَ النَّفْسِ نَشِيطًا وَإِلاَّ أَصْبَحَ خَبِيثَ النَّفْسِ كَسْلاَنَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When any one of you goes to sleep, the Shaitan ties three knots on his head, saying each time: "(Sleep) a long night." If he wakes up and remembers Allah (SWT), one knot is undone. If he performs wudu', another knot is undone. If he prays, all the knots are undone and he starts his day in a good mood and feeling energetic. Otherwise he starts his day in a bad mood and feeling lethargic
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی سو جاتا ہے تو شیطان اس کے سر پر تین گرہیں لگا دیتا ہے، اور ہر گرہ پر تھپکی دے کر کہتا ہے: ابھی رات بہت لمبی ہے، پس سوئے رہ، تو اگر وہ بیدار ہو جاتا ہے، اور اللہ کا ذکر کرتا ہے تو ایک گرہ کھل جاتی ہے، پھر اگر وہ وضو بھی کر لے تو دوسری گرہ کھل جاتی ہے، پھر اگر اس نے نماز پڑھی تو تمام گرہیں کھل جاتی ہیں، اور وہ اس حال میں صبح کرتا ہے کہ وہ ہشاس بشاس اور خوش دل ہوتا ہے، ورنہ اس کی صبح اس حال میں ہوتی ہے کہ وہ بد دل اور سست ہوتا ہے ۔
