Hadith 1225 — Livre 13: The Book of Forgetfulness (In Prayer)

Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a terminé la prière après deux rak‘a, et Dhul-Yadain lui a dit : "La prière a-t-elle été raccourcie ou as-tu oublié, ô Messager d’Allah ?" Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "Dhul-Yadain dit-il la vérité ?" Les gens ont répondu : "Oui." Alors le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) s’est levé et a prié deux autres rak‘a, puis il a prononcé le takbir et s’est prosterné comme d’habitude, ou même plus longtemps. Ensuite, il a relevé la tête, puis s’est prosterné à nouveau comme d’habitude ou plus longtemps, puis il s’est assis

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم انْصَرَفَ مِنَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَقَالَ لَهُ ذُو الْيَدَيْنِ أَقُصِرَتِ الصَّلاَةُ أَمْ نَسِيتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَصَدَقَ ذُو الْيَدَيْنِ " . فَقَالَ النَّاسُ نَعَمْ . فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَصَلَّى اثْنَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ثُمَّ كَبَّرَ فَسَجَدَ مِثْلَ سُجُودِهِ أَوْ أَطْوَلَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ مِثْلَ سُجُودِهِ أَوْ أَطْوَلَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that :The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) finished praying two rak'ahs,and Dhul-Yadain said to him: "Has the prayer been shortened or did you forget, O Messenger of Allah?" The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Is Dhul-Yadain speaking the truth?" The people said: "Yes." So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up and prayed two, then he said the takbir and prostrated as usual or longer than that. Then he raised his head, then he prostrated as usual or longer than that, then he sat up
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دو ہی رکعت پر نماز ختم کر دی، تو آپ سے ذوالیدین نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا نماز کم کر دی گئی ہے یا آپ بھول گئے ہیں؟، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا ذوالیدین سچ کہہ رہے ہیں؟ لوگوں نے کہا: جی ہاں، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہوئے، پھر آپ نے دو ( رکعت مزید ) پڑھائی، پھر سلام پھیرا، پھر آپ نے اللہ اکبر کہہ کر اپنے سجدوں کی طرح یا اس سے لمبا سجدہ کیا، پھر اپنا سر اٹھایا، پھر اپنے سجدوں کی طرح یا اس سے لمبا دوسرا سجدہ کیا، پھر اپنا سر اٹھایا۔
