كتاب افتتاح الصلاة
Rapporté par Hudhaifah : Il a prié à côté du Prophète (ﷺ) une nuit. Il récitait, et lorsqu'il arrivait à un verset qui mentionnait le châtiment, il s'arrêtait et demandait la protection d'Allah ; s'il arrivait à un verset qui parlait de la miséricorde, il s'arrêtait pour demander la miséricorde. Lorsqu'il s'inclinait, il disait : "Subhana Rabbil-Azim (Gloire à mon Seigneur le Tout-Puissant)" et lorsqu'il se prosternait, il disait : "Subhan Rabbil-A'la (Gloire à mon Seigneur le Très-Haut)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدِ بْنِ الأَحْنَفِ، عَنْ صِلَةَ بْنِ زُفَرَ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، أَنَّهُ صَلَّى إِلَى جَنْبِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَيْلَةً فَقَرَأَ فَكَانَ إِذَا مَرَّ بِآيَةِ عَذَابٍ وَقَفَ وَتَعَوَّذَ وَإِذَا مَرَّ بِآيَةِ رَحْمَةٍ وَقَفَ فَدَعَا وَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ " سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ " . وَفِي سُجُودِهِ " سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Hudhaifah that:He prayed beside the Prophet (ﷺ) one night. He recited, and when he came to a verse that mentioned punishment, he would pause and seek refuge with Allah; if he came to a verse that mentioned mercy, he would pause for mercy. In his bowing he would say: 'Subhana Rabbil-Azim (Glory be to my Lord Almighty)' and in his prostration he would say: 'Subhan Rabbil-A'la (Glory be to my Lord the Most High)
Traduction en ourdou
حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک رات انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پہلو میں نماز پڑھی، تو آپ نے قرأت کی، آپ جب کسی عذاب کی آیت سے گزرتے تو تھوڑی دیر ٹھہرتے، اور پناہ مانگتے، اور جب کسی رحمت کی آیت سے گزرتے تو دعا کرتے ۱؎، اور رکوع میں «سبحان ربي العظيم» کہتے، اور سجدے میں «سبحان ربي الأعلى» کہتے تھے۔
