Hadith 98 — Livre 1: The Book of Purification
كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Yahya, dont le père a dit à 'Abdullah bin Zaid bin 'Asim - qui était un des compagnons du Prophète (ﷺ) et le grand-père de 'Amr bin Yahya : "Peux-tu me montrer comment le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) faisait les ablutions ?" 'Abdullah bin Zaid a répondu : "Oui." Il a demandé de l'eau pour les ablutions et en a versé sur sa main droite, lavant ses mains deux fois. Ensuite, il s'est rincé la bouche et le nez trois fois, puis il a lavé son visage trois fois, puis il a lavé ses mains deux fois jusqu'aux coudes. Ensuite, il a essuyé sa tête avec ses mains, en avant et en arrière, en commençant par l'avant de la tête et en allant jusqu'à la nuque, puis il a ramené ses mains à l'endroit où il avait commencé. أَخْبَرَنَا عُتْبَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، - هُوَ ابْنُ أَنَسٍ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ - وَهُوَ جَدُّ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى - هَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُرِيَنِي، كَيْفَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَوَضَّأُ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ نَعَمْ . فَدَعَا بِوَضُوءٍ فَأَفْرَغَ عَلَى يَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ مَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ إِلَى الْمِرْفَقَيْنِ ثُمَّ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ فَأَقْبَلَ بِهِمَا وَأَدْبَرَ بَدَأَ بِمُقَدَّمِ رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ بِهِمَا إِلَى قَفَاهُ ثُمَّ رَدَّهُمَا حَتَّى رَجَعَ إِلَى الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي بَدَأَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Yahya that his father said to 'Abdullah bin Zaid bin 'Asim - who was one of the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) and the grandfather of 'Amr bin Yahya:"Can you show me how the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to perform Wudu'?" 'Abdullah bin Zaid said: "Yes. He called for (water for) Wudu' and poured some onto his right hand, washing his hands twice. Then he rinsed his mouth and nose three times, then washed his face three times, then he washed his hands twice, up to the elbows. Then he wiped his head with his hands, back and forth, starting at the front of his head and moving his hands to the nape of his neck, then bringing them back to the place he started. Then he washed his feet
Traduction en ourdou
یحییٰ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے ( ان کے باپ عمارہ نے ) عبداللہ بن زید بن عاصم رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا – ( وہ عمرو بن یحییٰ کے دادا ہیں ) کیا آپ مجھے دکھا سکتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کیسے وضو کرتے تھے؟ عبداللہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: جی ہاں! چنانچہ انہوں نے پانی منگایا، اور اپنے دائیں ہاتھ پر انڈیل کر اپنے دونوں ہاتھ دو دو بار دھوئے، پھر تین بار کلی کی، اور ناک میں پانی ڈالا، پھر اپنا چہرہ تین بار دھویا، پھر اپنے دونوں ہاتھ دو دو مرتبہ کہنیوں تک دھوئے، پھر اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں سے اپنے سر کا مسح کیا، ان کو آگے لائے اور پیچھے لے گئے، اپنے سر کے اگلے حصہ سے ( مسح ) شروع کیا، پھر انہیں اپنی گدی تک لے گئے، پھر انہیں واپس لے آئے یہاں تک کہ اسی جگہ لوٹا لائے جہاں سے شروع کیا تھا، پھر اپنے دونوں پاؤں دھوئے۔
