Rapporté par 'Urwah : Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish a raconté qu’elle est venue voir le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) et s’est plainte de saignements. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) lui a dit : « C’est une veine. Quand tes règles arrivent, ne prie pas, et quand elles sont terminées, purifie-toi et prie entre deux périodes. » Ceci montre que Al-Aqra’ désigne les règles. Abu 'Abdur-Rahman a dit : Hisham bin 'Urwah a rapporté ce hadith de 'Urwah, et il n’a pas mentionné ce qu’Al-Mundhir a mentionné

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ، حَدَّثَتْ أَنَّهَا، أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَشَكَتْ إِلَيْهِ الدَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّمَا ذَلِكِ عِرْقٌ فَانْظُرِي إِذَا أَتَاكِ قُرْؤُكِ فَلاَ تُصَلِّي فَإِذَا مَرَّ قُرْؤُكِ فَتَطَهَّرِي ثُمَّ صَلِّي مَا بَيْنَ الْقُرْءِ إِلَى الْقُرْءِ " هَذَا الدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ الأَقْرَاءَ حِيَضٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَقَدْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ مَا ذَكَرَ الْمُنْذِرُ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Urwah that Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish narrated that she came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and complained to him about bleeding. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to her:"That is a vein, so when your period comes, do not pray, and when your period is over, purify yourself and pray in between one period and the next." This is evidence that Al-Aqra' is menstruation. Abu 'Abdur-Rahman said: Hisham bin 'Urwah reported this Hadith from 'Urwah, and he did not mention what Al-Mundhir mentioned in it

فاطمہ بنت ابی حبیش رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئیں، اور آپ سے خون آنے کی شکایت کی، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا: یہ ایک رگ ( کا خون ) ہے، تو دیکھتی رہو جب حیض ( کا دن ) آ جائے تو نماز چھوڑ دو، پھر جب تمہارے حیض ( کے دن ) گزر جائیں، اور تم پاک ہو جاؤ، تو پھر دونوں حیض کے درمیان نماز پڑھو ۱؎۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث ہشام بن عروہ نے عروہ سے روایت کی ہے ۲؎ انہوں نے اس چیز کا ذکر نہیں کیا جس کا ذکر منذر نے کیا ہے ۳؎۔
