Rapporté par 'Aïcha (رضي الله عنها) : Umm Habibah, une parente du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), mariée à 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Awf, a eu des saignements hors règles (Istihadah) pendant sept ans. Elle a consulté le Prophète (ﷺ) à ce sujet et le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Ce n’est pas les règles, c’est une veine. Fais le Ghusl et prie. »

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، وَعَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ، - خَتَنَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَتَحْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ - اسْتُحِيضَتْ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ اسْتَفْتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ هَذِهِ لَيْسَتْ بِالْحَيْضَةِ وَلَكِنْ هَذَا عِرْقٌ فَاغْتَسِلِي وَصَلِّي " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that Umm Habibah, an in-law of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), who was married to 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Awf, suffered Istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) for seven years. She consulted the Prophet (ﷺ) about that and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:'That is not menstruation, rather that is a vein, so perform Ghusl and pray
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی سالی ام حبیبہ کو، جو عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف کے عقد میں تھیں، سات سال تک استحاضہ کا خون آتا رہا، اس سلسلے میں انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مسئلہ پوچھا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ حیض کا خون نہیں ہے، بلکہ یہ ایک رگ ( کا خون ) ہے، لہٰذا تم غسل کر کے نماز پڑھ لیا کرو ۔
