كتاب الجهاد
Nafe' a rapporté que Abdallah Ibn Omar, donnant à un autre une chose, lui disait: «Une fois que tu arrivera à Wadil-Qoura, tu pourras en profiter»

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا أَعْطَى شَيْئًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ لِصَاحِبِهِ إِذَا بَلَغْتَ وَادِيَ الْقُرَى فَشَأْنَكَ بِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that when Abdullah ibn Umar gave something in the way of Allah, he would say to its owner, "When you reach Wadi'l-Qura, (on the outskirts of Madina) then it is your affair
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما جب جہاد کے واسطے کوئی چیز دیتے تو فرماتے "جب پہنچ جائے تو وادی قری میں تو وہ چیز تیری ہے" ۔
