كتاب الجنائز
Amra Bint Abdel-Rahman a rapporté qu'elle a entendu Aicha, la mère des croyants (en lui racontant que Abdallah Ibn Omar a dit: «Le mort sera châtié par les pleurs des gens» dire: «que Allah pardonne à Abou Abdel-Rahman (le surnom de Abdallah) il n'a pas menti mais ou il a oublié ou il a commis une erreur, car, quand, l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) passant par une juive morte et voyant ses parents la pleurer, il leur dit: «Vous la pleurez, mais, elle subit, sans doute un châtiment dans sa tombe». وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا، سَمِعَتْ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، تَقُولُ وَذُكِرَ لَهَا أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ لَيُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ الْحَىِّ . فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكْذِبْ وَلَكِنَّهُ نَسِيَ أَوْ أَخْطَأَ إِنَّمَا مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِيَهُودِيَّةٍ يَبْكِي عَلَيْهَا أَهْلُهَا فَقَالَ " إِنَّكُمْ لَتَبْكُونَ عَلَيْهَا وَإِنَّهَا لَتُعَذَّبُ فِي قَبْرِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr from his father that Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman told him that she had heard A'isha, the umm al-muminin, say (when it was mentioned to her that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say, "The dead are tormented by the weeping of the living"), "May Allah forgive Abu Abd ar-Rahman. Of course he has not lied, but he has forgotten, or made a mistake. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, passed by a jewish woman whose family were crying over her and he said, 'You are crying over her, and she is being tormented in her grave
Traduction en ourdou
عمرہ بن عبدالر حمن سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے سنا حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا جب ان کے سامنے بیان کیا گیا کہ عبداللہ بن عمر کہتے ہیں مردہ کو عذاب دیا جاتا ہے زندہ کے رونے سے اللہ بخشے ابا عبدالرحمن کو انہوں نے جھوٹ نہیں بولا لیکن وہ بھول گئے یا چوک گئے اصل اتنی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم گزرے ایک یہودن پر جو مر گئی تھی اور لوگ اس پر رو رہے تھے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ لوگ اس پر رو رہے ہیں اور اس پر عذاب قبر میں ہو رہا ہے ۔
