Rapporté par Jabir : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « En vérité, Satan a perdu tout espoir d’être adoré par les adorateurs dans la péninsule arabique, mais il espère semer la discorde entre eux. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ، عُثْمَانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَدْ أَيِسَ أَنْ يَعْبُدَهُ الْمُصَلُّونَ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَلَكِنْ فِي التَّحْرِيشِ بَيْنَهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir reported:I heard Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying: Verily, the Satan has lost all hopes that the worshippers would ever worship (him) in the peninsula of Arabia, but he (is hopeful) that he would sow the seed of dissension amongst them
Traduction en ourdou
جریر نےاعمش سے ، انھوں نے ابو سفیان سے اور انھوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا میں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا : " شیطان اس بات سے ناامید ہوگیا ہے کہ جزیر ہ عرب میں نماز پڑھنے والے اس کی عبادت کریں گے لیکن وہ ان کے درمیان لڑائی جھگڑے کرانے سے ( مایوس نہیں ہوا ۔)
