Hadith 6507 — Livre 45: The Book of Virtue, Enjoining Good Manners, and Joining of the Ties of Kinship

Rapporté par Yazid b. Abu Habib رضي الله عنه, d’après Na’im, l’affranchi de Umm Salama, rapportant de ‘Abdullah b. ‘Amr b. ‘As رضي الله عنه : « Un homme est venu voir l’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ et a dit : “Je te donne mon allégeance pour l’émigration et le jihad, cherchant la récompense uniquement d’Allah.” Le Prophète ﷺ lui a demandé : “L’un de tes parents est-il encore en vie ?” Il a répondu : “Oui, bien sûr, les deux sont vivants.” Le Prophète ﷺ a demandé : “Veux-tu vraiment la récompense d’Allah ?” Il a dit : “Oui.” Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a alors dit : “Retourne auprès de tes parents et traite-les avec bonté.” »

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، أَنَّ نَاعِمًا، مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ أُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ وَالْجِهَادِ أَبْتَغِي الأَجْرَ مِنَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ " فَهَلْ مِنْ وَالِدَيْكَ أَحَدٌ حَىٌّ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ بَلْ كِلاَهُمَا . قَالَ " فَتَبْتَغِي الأَجْرَ مِنَ اللَّهِ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَارْجِعْ إِلَى وَالِدَيْكَ فَأَحْسِنْ صُحْبَتَهُمَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Yazid b. Abu Habib reported that Na'im, the freed slave of Umm Salama, reported to him that 'Abdullah b. 'Amr b. 'As said:There came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) a person and said: I owe allegiance to you for migration and Jihad seeking reward only from Allah. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Is one from amongst your parents living? He said: Yes, of course, both are living. He further asked: Do you want to seek reward from Allah? He said: Yes. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Go back to your parents and accord them benevolent treatment
Traduction en ourdou
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ایک شخص نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر عرض کی : میں آپ سے ہجرت اور جہاد پر بیعت کرتا ہوں اور اللہ تعالیٰ سے اس کا اجر طلب کرتا ہوں ، آپ نے فرمایا : " کیا تمہارے والدین میں سے کوئی ایک زندہ ہے؟ " اس نے کہا : جی ہاں ، بلکہ دونوں زندہ ہیں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا : " تم اللہ سے اجر کے طالب ہو؟ " اس نے کہا : جی ہاں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا : " اپنے والدین کے پاس جاؤ اور اچھے برتاؤ سے ان کے ساتھ رہو ۔
