كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Si vous arrivez dans une ville qui s’est rendue sans combat et que vous y séjournez, vous aurez une part (qui sera donnée sous forme de récompense) dans les biens obtenus. Si une ville désobéit à Allah et à Son Messager (et combat réellement les musulmans), un cinquième du butin pris là-bas est pour Allah et Son Messager, et le reste est pour vous. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا وَأَقَمْتُمْ فِيهَا فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ خُمُسَهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:If you come to a township (which has surrendered without a formal war) and stay therein, you have a share (that will be in the form of an award) in (the properties obtained from) it. If a township disobeys Allah and His Messenger (and actually fights against the Muslims) one-fifth of the booty seized therefrom is for Allah and His Apostle and the rest is for you
Traduction en ourdou
ہمام بن منبہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : یہ احادیث ہیں جو حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہمیں محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیں ، پھر انہوں نے چند احادیث ذکر کیں ، ان میں سے یہ بھی تھی : اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " تم لوگ جس بستی میں آؤ اور اس میں قیام کرو ( بغیر جنگ کے تمہاری تحویل میں آ جائے ) تو اس میں تمہارے لیے ( دوسرے مسلمانوں کی طرح ایک ) حصہ ہے اور جس بستی نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی ( اور تم نے لڑ کر اسے حاصل کیا ) تو اس کا خمس اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا حصہ ہے ، پھر وہ ( باقی سب ) تمہارا ہے
