Hadith 772 — Livre 3: The Book of Menstruation
كتاب الحيض
Rapporté par Jabir b. ‘Abdullah : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ portait des pierres avec les siens pour la Ka’ba, et il avait un pagne autour de la taille. Son oncle Abbas lui a dit : « Ô fils de mon frère ! Si tu enlèves ton pagne et le mets sur ton épaule sous les pierres, ce serait mieux. » Le Prophète l’a fait, mais il est tombé inconscient. Le narrateur précise : « Jamais il n’a été vu nu après ce jour-là. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَنْقُلُ مَعَهُمُ الْحِجَارَةَ لِلْكَعْبَةِ وَعَلَيْهِ إِزَارُهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ الْعَبَّاسُ عَمُّهُ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي لَوْ حَلَلْتَ إِزَارَكَ فَجَعَلْتَهُ عَلَى مَنْكِبِكَ دُونَ الْحِجَارَةِ - قَالَ - فَحَلَّهُ فَجَعَلَهُ عَلَى مَنْكِبِهِ فَسَقَطَ مَغْشِيًّا عَلَيْهِ - قَالَ - فَمَا رُؤِيَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ عُرْيَانًا .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was carrying along with them (his people) stones for the Ka'ba and there was a waist wrapper around him. His uncle," Abbas, said to him: 0 son of my brother! if you take off the lower garment and place it on the shoulders underneath the stones, it would be better. He (the Holy Prophet) took it off and placed it on his shoulder and fell down unconscious. He (the narrator) said: Never was he seen naked after that day
Traduction en ourdou
زکریا بن اسحاق نے حدیث بیان کی ، ( کہا : ) ہم سے عمرو بن دینار نے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : میں نے حضرت جابر بن عبد اللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، حدیث بیان کر رہ تھے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ لوگوں کے ساتھ کعبے کے لیے پتھر ڈھو رہے تھے اور آپ کا تہبند جسم پر تھا ، اس موقع پر آپ کے چچا عباس رضی اللہ عنہ نے آپ سے کہا : اے بھتیجے ! بہتر ہو گا کہ تم اپنا تہبند کھول دور اور اسے اپنے مونڈھے پر پتھروں کے نیچے رکھ لو ۔ جابر نےکہا : آپ نے اسے کھول کر اپنے مونڈھے پر رکھ لیا تو آپ کو غش کھا کر گر گئے ۔ جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : اس دن کے بعد آپ کو کبھی برہنہ نہیں دیکھا گیا ۔
