Hadith 2731 — Livre 13: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Yahya ibn Abu Kathir : Ce hadith a été rapporté avec la même chaîne de transmetteurs, et il a ajouté après ces mots : « Chaque mois, jeûner trois jours rapporte dix fois la récompense pour chaque bonne action, et cela équivaut à un jeûne continu (car trois jours donnent la récompense de trente jours). » J’ai demandé : « Quel est le jeûne du Messager d’Allah, Dawud ? » Il a répondu : « La moitié de la vie (c’est-à-dire jeûner un jour sur deux toute sa vie). » Et dans ce hadith, il n’est pas mentionné la récitation du Coran, et il n’a pas dit : « Ton visiteur a des droits sur toi », mais plutôt : « Ton fils a des droits sur toi. »

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ فِيهِ بَعْدَ قَوْلِهِ " مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ " " فَإِنَّ لَكَ بِكُلِّ حَسَنَةٍ عَشْرَ أَمْثَالِهَا فَذَلِكَ الدَّهْرُ كُلُّهُ " . وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ قُلْتُ وَمَا صَوْمُ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ دَاوُدَ قَالَ " نِصْفُ الدَّهْرِ " . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي الْحَدِيثِ مِنْ قِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآنِ شَيْئًا وَلَمْ يَقُلْ " وَإِنَّ لِزَوْرِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا " . وَلَكِنْ قَالَ " وَإِنَّ لِوَلَدِكَ عَلَيْكَ حَقًّا " .
Traduction anglaise
This hadith has been narrated by Yahya b. Abu Kathir with the same chain of transmitters and he made this addition after these words:During every month, (fasting) for three days, there is for you ten times for every good and that is perpetual fasting (for three days would bring a reward for full thirty days). I said: What is the fast of the Messenger of Allah, David? He said: Half of the age (observing fast on alternate days for the whole life). And in the hadith no mention has been made of the recital of the Qur'an, and he did not say: Your visitor has a right upon you, but (instead) he said: Your son has a right upon you

حسین المعلم نے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر سے اسی سند کے ساتھ ( سابقہ حدیث کے مانند ) حدیث سنائی ، اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے فرمان : "" ہر مہینے میں تین دن "" کے بعد یہ الفاظ زائد بیان کیے : "" تمھارے لئے ہر نیکی کے بدلے میں اس جیسی دس ( نیکیاں ) ہیں ۔ ، تو یہ سارے سال کے ( روزے ) ہیں ۔ "" اور ( اس ) حدیث میں کہا : میں نے عرض کی : اللہ کے نبی داود علیہ السلام کا روزہ کیاتھا؟فرمایا : "" آدھا سال ۔ "" اورانھوں نے حدیث میں قرآن پڑھنے کے حوالے سے کچھ بیان نہیں کیا اور انھوں نے؛ "" تمھارے مہمانوں کا تم پر حق ہے "" کے الفاظ بیا ن نہیں کیے ، اس کی بجائے انھوں نے کہا : ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : ) "" اور تمھاری اولاد کا تم پرحق ہے ۔
