كتاب الإيمان
Rapporté par Hammam b. al-Harith رضي الله عنه : Un homme avait l’habitude de rapporter des propos au gouverneur. Nous étions assis dans la mosquée et les gens disaient : « C’est celui qui rapporte des propos au gouverneur. » Il est alors venu s’asseoir avec nous. Hudhaifa déclara : « J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : “Celui qui propage de fausses rumeurs n’entrera jamais au Paradis.” »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يَنْقُلُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى الأَمِيرِ فَكُنَّا جُلُوسًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ الْقَوْمُ هَذَا مِمَّنْ يَنْقُلُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى الأَمِيرِ . قَالَ فَجَاءَ حَتَّى جَلَسَ إِلَيْنَا . فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
It is reported on the authority of Hammam b, al-Harith that a man used to carry tales to the governor. We were sitting in the mosque. the people said:He is one who carries tales to the governor. He (the narrator) said: Then he came and sat with us. Thereupon Hudhaifa remarked: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: The beater of false tales would never enter heaven
Traduction en ourdou
منصور نے ابراہیم سے اور انہوں نے ہمام بن حارث سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک آدمی ( لوگوں کی ) باتیں حاکم تک پہنچاتا تھا ، ہم مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئےتھے تو لوگوں نے کہا : یہ ان میں سے ہے جو باتیں حاکم تک پہنچاتے ہیں ۔ ( ہمام نے ) نےکہا : وہ شخص آیا اور ہمارے پاس بیٹھ گیا ۔ حضرت حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : میں نے رسو ل اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ ’’ چغل خور جنت میں داخل نہ ہو گا ۔ ‘ ‘
