Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, de son père, que son grand-père a dit : Un homme a tué son esclave volontairement et avec préméditation, alors le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) lui a donné cent coups de fouet, l’a banni pour un an et a annulé sa part parmi les musulmans

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الطَّبَّاعِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ عَبْدَهُ عَمْدًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَلَدَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِائَةً وَنَفَاهُ سَنَةً وَمَحَا سَهْمَهُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:“A man killed his slave deliberately and with malice aforethought, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave him one hundred lashes, banished him for one year, and cancelled his share from among the Muslims.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے اپنے غلام کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کر دیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کو سو کوڑے مارے، ایک سال کے لیے جلا وطن کیا، اور مسلمانوں کے حصوں میں سے اس کا حصہ ختم کر دیا۔
