Hadith 7547 — Livre 97: Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)
كتاب التوحيد
Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Prophète (ﷺ) se cachait à La Mecque et récitait le Coran à voix haute. Quand les polythéistes l’entendaient, ils insultaient le Coran et celui qui l’avait apporté. Alors Allah dit à Son Prophète : « Ne récite pas ta prière à voix haute, ni trop doucement. »

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُتَوَارِيًا بِمَكَّةَ، وَكَانَ يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ، فَإِذَا سَمِعَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ سَبُّوا الْقُرْآنَ وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِهِ، فَقَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِنَبِيِّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم {وَلاَ تَجْهَرْ بِصَلاَتِكَ وَلاَ تُخَافِتْ بِهَا}
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:The Prophet (ﷺ) was hiding himself in Mecca and used to recite the (Qur'an) in a loud voice. When the pagans heard him they would abuse the Qur'an and the one who brought it, so Allah said to His Prophet: 'Neither say your prayer aloud, nor say it in a low tone
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے حجاج بن منہال نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ہشیم نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوبشر نے بیان کیا، ان سے سعید بن جبیر نے بیان کیا اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مکہ مکرمہ میں چھپ کر تبلیغ کرتے تھے تو قرآن بلند آواز سے پڑھتے، مشرکین جب سنتے تو قرآن کو برا بھلا کہتے اور اس کے لانے والے کو برا بھلا کہتے۔ اس پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے فرمایا کہ ”اپنی نماز میں نہ آواز بلند کرو اور نہ بہت پست۔“
