Rapporté par Anas : Si je n’avais pas entendu le Prophète (ﷺ) dire : « Vous ne devez pas souhaiter la mort », je l’aurais souhaitée

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ لَوْلاَ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ تَتَمَنَّوُا الْمَوْتَ " لَتَمَنَّيْتُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:If I had not heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "You should not long for death," I would have longed (for it)

ہم سے حسن بن ربیع نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوالاحوص نے، ان سے عاصم نے بیان کیا، ان سے نضر بن انس نے بیان کیا کہ انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا اگر میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہ نہ سنا ہوتا کہ موت کی تمنا نہ کرو تو میں موت کی آرزو کرتا۔
