Hadith 7203 — Livre 93: Judgments (Ahkaam)

Rapporté par `Abdullah bin Dinar : J’ai vu Ibn `Umar quand les gens se sont rassemblés autour de `Abdul Malik. Ibn `Umar a écrit : « J’ai donné l’allégeance pour écouter et obéir au serviteur d’Allah, `Abdul Malik, chef des croyants, selon les lois d’Allah et les traditions de Son Messager, dans la mesure de mes capacités ; et mes fils aussi donnent la même allégeance. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ شَهِدْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَيْثُ اجْتَمَعَ النَّاسُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ـ قَالَ ـ كَتَبَ إِنِّي أُقِرُّ بِالسَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ لِعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى سُنَّةِ اللَّهِ وَسُنَّةِ رَسُولِهِ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، وَإِنَّ بَنِيَّ قَدْ أَقَرُّوا بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin Dinar:I witnessed Ibn `Umar when the people gathered around `Abdul Malik. Ibn `Umar wrote: I gave the Pledge of allegiance that I will listen to and obey Allah's Slave, `Abdul Malik, Chief of the believers according to Allah's Laws and the Traditions of His Apostle as much as I can; and my sons too, give the same pledge

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے سفیان نے، ان سے عبداللہ بن دینار نے بیان کیا کہا کہ میں اس وقت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے پاس موجود تھا جب سب لوگ عبدالملک بن مروان سے بیعت کے لیے جمع ہو گئے۔ بیان کیا کہ انہوں نے عبدالملک کو لکھا کہ ”میں سننے اور اطاعت کرنے کا اقرار کرتا ہوں عبداللہ عبدالملک امیرالمؤمنین کے لیے اللہ کے دین اور اس کے رسول کی سنت کے مطابق جتنی بھی مجھ میں قوت ہو گی اور یہ کہ میرے لڑکے بھی اس کا اقرار کرتے ہیں۔“
