Hadith 7172 — Livre 93: Judgments (Ahkaam)
كتاب الأحكام
Rapporté par Abu Burda : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a envoyé mon père et Mu`adh bin Jabal au Yémen et leur a dit : « Facilitez la vie aux gens et ne leur compliquez pas les choses, annoncez-leur de bonnes nouvelles et ne les repoussez pas (c’est-à-dire ne rendez pas les bonnes actions détestables), et travaillez ensemble dans la coopération et la compréhension mutuelle. » Abu Musa a dit au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) : « Dans notre pays, il y a une boisson alcoolisée spéciale appelée Al-Bit’ qui est préparée pour être bue. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Toute boisson enivrante est interdite. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَقَدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي قَالَ، بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَبِي وَمُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ عَلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ " يَسِّرَا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرَا، وَبَشِّرَا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرَا، وَتَطَاوَعَا ". فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبُو مُوسَى إِنَّهُ يُصْنَعُ بِأَرْضِنَا الْبِتْعُ. فَقَالَ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ ". وَقَالَ النَّضْرُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Burda:The Prophet (ﷺ) sent my father and Mu`adh bin Jabal to Yemen and said (to them), "Make things easy for the people and do not put hurdles in their way, and give them glad tiding, and don't let them have aversion (i.e. to make people to hate good deeds) and you both should work in cooperation and mutual understanding" Abu Musa said to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), "In our country a special alcoholic drink called Al- Bit', is prepared (for drinking)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Every intoxicant is prohibited

ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالملک بن عمرو عقدی نے بیان کیا، ان سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے سعید بن ابی بردہ نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے اپنے والد سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے والد ( ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ ) اور معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ کو یمن بھیجا اور ان سے فرمایا کہ آسانی پیدا کرنا اور تنگی نہ کرنا اور خوشخبری دینا اور نفرت نہ دلانا اور آپس میں اتفاق رکھنا۔ ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا کہ ہمارے ملک میں شہد کا نبیذ ( تبع ) بنایا جاتا ہے؟ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ہر نشہ آور چیز حرام ہے۔ نضر بن شمیل، ابوداؤد طیالسی، یزید بن ہارو اور وکیع نے شعبہ سے بیان کیا، ان سے سعید نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے، ان سے ان کے دادا نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہی حدیث نقل کی۔
