Rapporté par Anas : Un Juif a tué une jeune fille pour lui voler ses bijoux. Il l’a frappée avec une pierre, et on l’a amenée au Prophète (ﷺ) alors qu’elle était encore vivante. Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a demandé : « Est-ce que telle personne t’a frappée ? » Elle a fait non de la tête. Il lui a posé la question une deuxième fois, et elle a encore fait non de la tête. Quand il lui a demandé une troisième fois, elle a fait signe que oui. Alors le Prophète (ﷺ) a tué l’homme (le Juif) avec deux pierres

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً عَلَى أَوْضَاحٍ لَهَا، فَقَتَلَهَا بِحَجَرٍ، فَجِيءَ بِهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ فَقَالَ " أَقَتَلَكِ فُلاَنٌ ". فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لاَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ الثَّانِيَةَ، فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لاَ، ثُمَّ سَأَلَهَا الثَّالِثَةَ فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ نَعَمْ، فَقَتَلَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِحَجَرَيْنِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:A Jew killed a girl so that he may steal her ornaments. He struck her with a stone, and she was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ) while she was still alive. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked her, "Did such-and-such person strike you?" She gestured with her head, expressing denial. He asked her for the second time, and she again gestured with her head, expressing denial. When he asked her for the third time, she beckoned, "Yes." So the Prophet (ﷺ) killed him (the Jew) with two stones

ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے محمد بن جعفر نے بیان کیا، ان سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام بن زید اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ایک یہودی نے ایک لڑکی کو اس کے چاندی کے زیور کے لالچ میں مار ڈالا تھا۔ اس نے لڑکی کو پتھر سے مارا پھر لڑکی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس لائی گئی تو اس کے جسم میں جان باقی تھی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا کیا تمہیں فلاں نے مارا ہے؟ اس نے سر کے اشارہ سے انکار کیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دوبارہ پوچھا، کیا تمہیں فلاں نے مارا ہے؟ اس مرتبہ بھی اس نے سر کے اشارے سے انکار کیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب تیسری مرتبہ پوچھا تو اس نے سر کے اشارہ سے اقرار کیا۔ چنانچہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہودی کو دو پتھروں میں کچل کر قتل کر دیا۔
