Hadith 6810 — Livre 86: Limits and Punishments set by Allah (Hudood)
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui commet un rapport sexuel interdit n'est pas croyant au moment où il le fait, et un voleur n'est pas croyant au moment où il vole, et celui qui boit de l'alcool n'est pas croyant au moment où il boit. Cependant, la porte du repentir reste ouverte après cela. »

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَالتَّوْبَةُ مَعْرُوضَةٌ بَعْدُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The one who commits an illegal sexual intercourse is not a believer at the time of committing illegal sexual intercourse and a thief is not a believer at the time of committing theft and a drinker of alcoholic drink is not a believer at the time of drinking. Yet, (the gate of) repentance is open thereafter
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے آدم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعمش نے بیان کیا، ان سے ذکوان نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”زنا کرنے والا جب زنا کرتا ہے تو وہ مومن نہیں رہتا، وہ چور جب چوری کرتا ہے تو وہ مومن نہیں رہتا، شرابی جب شراب پیتا ہے تو وہ مومن نہیں رہتا۔ پھر ان سب آدمیوں کے لیے توبہ کا دروازہ بہرحال کھلا ہوا ہے۔“
