Hadith 6746 — Livre 85: Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa'id)
كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Donnez les parts d’héritage prescrites dans le Coran à ceux qui y ont droit ; et ce qui reste doit être donné au parent masculin le plus proche du défunt. »

حَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ رَوْحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا، فَمَا تَرَكَتِ الْفَرَائِضُ فَلأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Give the Fara'id (the shares of the inheritance that are prescribed in the Qur'an) to those who are entitled to receive it; and whatever is left should be given to the closest male relative of the deceased

ہم سے امیہ بن بسطام نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے بیان کیا، ان سے روح نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبداللہ بن طاؤس نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”میراث اس کے وارثوں تک پہنچا دو اور جو کچھ اس میں سے بچ رہے وہ قریبی عزیز مرد کا حق ہے۔“
