Hadith 6639 — Livre 83: Oaths and Vows
كتاب الأيمان والنذور
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Le Prophète Salomon a dit un jour : Ce soir, je passerai la nuit avec quatre-vingt-dix femmes, et chacune d’elles donnera naissance à un futur cavalier qui combattra pour la cause d’Allah. » Son compagnon lui a alors dit : « Dis : Si Allah le veut ! » Mais il ne l’a pas dit. Salomon a donc passé la nuit avec toutes ces femmes, mais aucune n’est tombée enceinte, sauf une, qui a donné naissance à un enfant incomplet. Par Celui qui détient l’âme de Muhammad dans Sa main, si Salomon avait dit : « Si Allah le veut », toutes ses femmes auraient eu des garçons qui auraient combattu pour la cause d’Allah comme cavaliers

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ لأَطُوفَنَّ اللَّيْلَةَ عَلَى تِسْعِينَ امْرَأَةً، كُلُّهُنَّ تَأْتِي بِفَارِسٍ يُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ. فَقَالَ لَهُ صَاحِبُهُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ. فَلَمْ يَقُلْ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ. فَطَافَ عَلَيْهِنَّ جَمِيعًا، فَلَمْ تَحْمِلْ مِنْهُنَّ إِلاَّ امْرَأَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ، جَاءَتْ بِشِقِّ رَجُلٍ، وَايْمُ الَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَوْ قَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ. لَجَاهَدُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فُرْسَانًا أَجْمَعُونَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(The Prophet) Solomon once said, 'Tonight I will sleep with ninety women, each of whom will bring forth a (would-be) cavalier who will fight in Allah's Cause." On this, his companion said to him, "Say: Allah willing!" But he did not say Allah willing. Solomon then slept with all the women, but none of them became pregnant but one woman who later delivered a halfman. By Him in Whose Hand Muhammad's soul is, if he (Solomon) had said, 'Allah willing' (all his wives would have brought forth boys) and they would have fought in Allah's Cause as cavaliers

ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے ابوالزناد نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن اعرج نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”سلیمان علیہ السلام نے ایک دن کہا کہ آج میں رات میں اپنی نوے بیویوں کے پاس جاؤں گا اور ہر ایک کے یہاں ایک گھوڑ سوار بچہ پیدا ہو گا جو اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد کرے گا۔ اس پر ان کے ساتھی نے کہا کہ ان شاءاللہ۔ لیکن سلیمان علیہ السلام نے ان شاءاللہ نہیں کہا۔ چنانچہ وہ اپنی تمام بیویوں کے پاس گئے لیکن ایک عورت کے سوا کسی کو حمل نہیں ہوا اور اس سے بھی ناقص بچہ پیدا ہوا اور اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں محمد کی جان ہے! اگر انہوں نے ان شاءاللہ کہہ دیا ہوتا تو ( تمام بیویوں کے یہاں بچے پیدا ہوتے ) اور سب گھوڑوں پر سوار ہو کر اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کرنے والے ہوتے۔“
