Hadith 5342 — Livre 68: Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Um 'Atiyya : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme qui croit en Allah et au Jour Dernier de porter le deuil pour une personne décédée plus de trois jours, sauf pour son mari. Dans ce cas, elle ne doit ni mettre de khôl sur ses yeux, ni se parfumer, ni porter des vêtements teints, sauf un vêtement en ‘Asb. »

حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلاَمِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تُحِدَّ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ، إِلاَّ عَلَى زَوْجٍ، فَإِنَّهَا لاَ تَكْتَحِلُ وَلاَ تَلْبَسُ ثَوْبًا مَصْبُوغًا إِلاَّ ثَوْبَ عَصْبٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Um 'Atiyya:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is not lawful for a lady who believes in Allah and the Last Day, to mourn for more than three days for a dead person, except for her husband, in which case she should neither put kohl in her eyes, nor perfume herself, nor wear dyed clothes, except a garment of 'Asb
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے فضل بن دکین نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالسلام بن حرب نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام بن حسان نے، ان سے حفصہ بنت سیرین نے اور ان سے ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جو عورت اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتی ہو اس کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ تین دن سے زیادہ کسی کا سوگ منائے سوا شوہر کے وہ اس کے سوگ میں نہ سرمہ لگائے نہ رنگا ہوا کپڑا پہنے مگر یمن کا دھاری دار کپڑا ( جو بننے سے پہلے ہی رنگا گیا ہو ) ۔
