حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الْعُصْفُرِيُّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، {لَرَادُّكَ إِلَى مَعَادٍ} قَالَ إِلَى مَكَّةَ.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:Qur'an 28.85'...will bring you home' means to Mecca

ہم سے محمد بن مقاتل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو یعلیٰ بن عبید نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن دینار عصفری نے بیان کیا، ان سے عکرمہ نے، اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ ( آیت مذکورہ بالا میں ) «لرادك إلى معاد» سے مراد ہے کہ اللہ پھر آپ کو مکہ پہنچا کر رہے گا۔
